Terms + Conditions
Terms & Conditions: A 50% payment is required upon receipt of this invoice to secure the booking and initiate work on the project. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of the delivery of creative assets. If the final payment is not received within 30 days of delivery, a late payment fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged per month until the invoice is settled. Usage rights of the creative assets remain with Film Dept until the invoice is paid in full.
Cancellation Policy: If the project is cancelled after work has commenced, the deposit payment is non-refundable. Additional costs for work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and payable immediately.
Revisions and Additional Costs: Any revisions outside the agreed scope (above deliverables) or additional services requested will be billed separately and are subject to the same payment terms. Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.
